Who We Are
Woodbrook SDA Church is a community of faith rooted in the good news of Jesus Christ and the teachings of the Bible. We believe life is shaped by love, generosity, hope, and renewal. Wherever you are on your faith journey, you are welcome here.
Our Rationale
We share the everlasting gospel of Jesus in the light of Revelation 14:6–12, known as the Three Angels’ Messages. We invite people to know Jesus and join His church, and we seek to put our faith into action by offering practical help to those in need.
Vision: Transforming lives as a leader in innovative Gospel ministry.
Mission: Serving our communities with Christ-driven attentiveness, accessibility and adaptability.
Aim: Reaching all throughout our communities for the Kingdom of Heaven.
Our History
Woodbrook SDA Church was dedicated on December 28th 1952. Since then, generations of members have gathered to grow in faith, serve their neighbours, and share the hope of Jesus.
Our Beliefs
Woodbrook SDA Church is part of the South Caribbean Conference of Seventh-day Adventists (Trinidad) and the worldwide Seventh-day Adventist Church. We believe Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior, and we look to the Bible as our guide for faith and daily life.
“Seventh-day” reflects our observance of the Sabbath, the seventh day of the week. “Adventist” expresses our hope in the personal, soon return of Jesus Christ.
Membership
People of every nation, race, and culture are welcome in our fellowship. Membership is open to those who respond to the invitation of the gospel and choose to follow Jesus.
